Our Story
Behind the Scenes
Then:
The ecumenical food pantry was a vision of three churches. It was formed under the auspices of Saint Anne & Saint Vincent de Paul. It became operational in October of 2010 serving 20 registered families.
Now:
The food pantry now has 750 registered families, serving 150 families every Tuesday. Food continues to be distributed by 20 volunteers for the three churches.
* Food procurement occurs throughout the week with five volunteer drivers.
* Food is stored in two 40' insulated containers. Refrigerated products are stored in Saint Anne's walk-in refrigerator unit and 1 freezer unit.
One container now has (2) commercial freezers and (2) commercial freezers.
