TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program)
In conjunction with the Contra Costa Food Bank, we are now part of a USDA (US Department of Agriculture) program known as TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program). It is no cost to us or you. The TEFAP program provides our clients with a more extensive menu of quality food items than we could provide without it. Our first date of TEFAP distribution was February 14,2023.
We are required to prominently display during distributions (A-frame at check-in station) for your review the following:
a.“And Justice for All” poster - Form AD-475A (English and Spanish)
b. Current CDSS established Income Guidelines
c. Non-Discrimination Statement (NDS) EFA14 pg2 and on our website (see below)
More than 120 nutritious, high-quality products are available. Products include: canned, frozen, dried, and fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, meat, poultry, fish, nuts, milk and cheese, and whole-grain and enriched grain products including rice, cereal, and pasta.

Non-Discrimination Statement
